Disznókő Tokaji Aszú : A wine made by unique vinification. The naturally botrytised and dessicated berries (aszú berries) are each picked individually by hand, then soaked in wine or fermenting must for skin contact. The number of puttonyos refers to the proportion of these berries to wine, thus indicating the concentration.

The Icon – a legendary wine of Tokaj

“A wine unique for its richness and its concentration, the memory of the vintage perfectly reflecting the character of the aszú berries."

An elixir of free-run juice from the aszú berries pressed by their own weight. Among the sweetest and richest wines in the world (between 500 and 900g of residual sugar per litre), it ages for 4 to 5 years of fermentation to reach 1 or 2% alcohol.
To be savoured alone at the end of the meal.
Service temperature: 15°.
After opening Eszencia’s splendid nature survives for months, even years. Unopened it can be kept forever!

Disznókő Tokaji
Dry Furmint


A fruity and very mineral unoaked dry wine.

Furmint is the indigenous variety of Tokaj. Besides the famous Tokaji Aszú wines, Furmint also makes crisp, mineral white wines.

Late Harvest


The first step in the universe of the great sweet wines of Tokaj

Made of over-ripened, botrytised grapes selected by clusters or parts of clusters. The variety is most often Furmint and in certain vintages with some Hárslevelű.
